Tonight’s count is 8500 words. Good session!

In fact, it started slowly as I didn’t read back the section I had written last night, so it took me some time to put my mind to work. After 30 minutes, I had completed a little less than 500 words. I then decided that I would have to speed things up in order to reach my thousand before I was called to bed.

Turns out I wrote 1200 words (almost 1300) and I still have some time to spare. Well, that surely has to do with my significant other’s raiding not doing good.

This part was written in one flow. This is the description of the library already seen in the prologue, but from the eyes of someone who loves the place and practices it by daylight. It was quite fun to play with the same description twice from the two viewpoints. I’ll see how my alpha reader feels about that.

Note on my alpha reader (you know who you are!) : I plan to deliver the first act in one turn-in, hopefully before christmas, Something to do with a new printer available in the house around that date…
